我們優先採購成功鎮、長濱鄉及台東地區的小農農產品、新鮮漁獲及在地特色茶品,支持地方產業並縮短食物里程。同時,將莊園自家種植的有機香草及季節蔬果運用於料理、茶飲及體驗活動中,讓旅人品味最真實的在地風味。
We prioritize sourcing fresh produce from local farmers in Chenggong Township, Changbin Township, and across Taitung, along with freshly caught seafood and locally produced teas. Herbs and seasonal vegetables grown organically in our own garden are incorporated into our cuisine, herbal teas, and guest experiences, allowing visitors to enjoy authentic local flavors while supporting regional agriculture.

奧麗雅安莊園民宿致力於打造更永續且環境友善的旅宿方式,全面減少一次性塑料用品使用,於客房內提供自家生產天然香氛沐浴用品與過濾飲用玻璃瓶裝水,降低瓶裝水與塑膠廢棄物產生,並鼓勵旅客於續住期間減少更換床單、被套及毛巾,以降低洗滌劑使用與廢水排放,減少對土地與海洋的負擔。

Château d’Olea is committed to creating a more sustainable and environmentally friendly hospitality experience by minimizing the use of single-use plastic products. Guest rooms are equipped with our own naturally scented bath amenities and filtered drinking water served in reusable glass bottles to reduce bottled water consumption and plastic waste. We also encourage guests staying multiple nights to reduce unnecessary linen and towel replacement, helping decrease detergent usage and wastewater discharge while reducing the environmental impact on both land and marine ecosystems.

我們亦推動友善環境的住宿理念,鼓勵旅客自備個人盥洗用品,共同實踐低碳旅行與責任旅遊。客房迎賓點心與餐飲內容,優先選用台東在地農產、自家栽種香草與友善土地食材,並不定期結合東海岸特色品牌與地方風味,透過飲食與香氣體驗,推廣在地文化與慢生活價值,深化旅人與土地之間的連結。

We also promote eco-conscious accommodation practices by encouraging guests to bring their own personal toiletries, supporting low-carbon and responsible travel together. For in-room refreshments and dining experiences, we prioritize locally sourced agricultural products from Taitung, homegrown herbs, and ingredients cultivated through environmentally friendly farming practices. We also incorporate distinctive east coast local brands and regional flavors from time to time, using food and botanical aroma experiences to share local culture and the values of slow living while deepening travelers’ connection with the land.

奧麗雅安莊園秉持「在地」、「當令」、「友善土地」與「惜食」的永續理念,將自家種植的香草、蔬果及台東在地食材,融入旅人入住期間的每一段餐飲體驗之中,從下午入住時的迎賓點心、客製化晚餐,到隔日早餐,透過農地到餐桌的方式,傳遞土地與生活的溫度。

Château d’Olea embraces the sustainable principles of “local sourcing,” “seasonal ingredients,” “environmentally friendly farming,” and “food sustainability.” Homegrown herbs, fruits, vegetables, and locally sourced ingredients from Taitung are thoughtfully incorporated into every dining experience throughout each guest’s stay — from welcome refreshments upon arrival, to customized dinners, and breakfast the following morning — sharing the warmth of the land through a true farm-to-table experience.

Château d’Olea blends herb farming, nature-inspired living, and sensory slow travel experiences to create immersive agritourism activities centered around plants, botanical aromas, and the land, allowing travelers to discover the beauty of herbs and sustainable living.

體驗內容包含香草橄欖油製作、澳洲茶樹精油蒸餾萃取、天然精油香氛調香等,從植物栽種、採收到香氣萃取與日常應用,帶領旅客感受自然植物與生活之間的連結。

Experiences include herb-infused olive oil making, Australian tea tree essential oil distillation, and natural fragrance blending workshops. Taitung is a diverse and vibrant region, home to Indigenous communities including the Amis, Puyuma, Bunun, and Paiwan peoples, as well as residents from various cultural backgrounds.   • 東部海岸國家風景區都歷遊客中心 Duli Visitor Center – East Coast National Scenic Area

    都歷遊客中心為「東部海岸國家風景區管理處」所在地,鄰近阿美族民俗中心。坐山面海的地理位置,北望可見成功鎮與三仙台,南眺則可遠望綠島,擁有東海岸極具代表性的山海景色。這裡也是歷年「月光・海音樂會」舉辦地之一,結合自然、人文與音樂氛圍,展現東海岸獨特魅力。遊客中心內部設有展示與互動空間,也非常適合親子旅遊與休憩。

    The Duli Visitor Center serves as the headquarters of the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration and is located beside the Amis Folk Center. Surrounded by mountains and facing the Pacific Ocean, visitors can enjoy views of Chenggong Township and Sanxiantai to the north, while Green Island can be seen in the distance to the south. The breathtaking coastal scenery makes it one of the most iconic landscapes along Taiwan’s east coast.

    The center is also known as one of the venues for the annual “Moonlight • Ocean Concert,” blending music, culture, and nature into a uniquely East Coast experience. Inside the visitor center, interactive exhibitions and family-friendly spaces make it an ideal destination for travelers of all ages.

  • 三仙台 台東地標

    三仙台 Sanxiantai – An Iconic Landmark of Taitung

    三仙台是台東東海岸最具代表性的地標之一,擁有壯麗海景與豐富的人文傳說。不論是漢人流傳的八仙故事,相傳呂洞賓、李鐵拐、何仙姑曾駐足於此留下足跡;或是阿美族口耳相傳、守護這片海域的海龍「及發烏安」傳說,都讓三仙台成為一處融合自然、信仰與文化的神秘之地。

    Sanxiantai is one of the most iconic landmarks along Taitung’s east coast, celebrated for its dramatic ocean scenery and rich cultural legends. According to Han Chinese folklore, immortals such as Lü Dongbin, Li Tieguai, and He Xiangu once visited this island and left their footprints behind. In Amis Indigenous tradition, the sea dragon “Cifawuan,” believed to dwell beneath the island, protects these coastal waters. Together, these stories have shaped Sanxiantai into a mystical place where nature, spirituality, and culture converge.

    每年元旦,來自各地的旅人也會聚集於此迎接台灣本島第一道曙光,在天地與海洋交會之間,感受陽光、海風與自然能量流動的美好時刻。

    Every New Year’s Day, visitors from across Taiwan gather at Sanxiantai to welcome the island’s first sunrise. As the ocean, sky, and land meet at dawn, travelers experience a peaceful moment filled with sunlight, sea breeze, and the powerful energy of nature.

  • 江賢二藝術園區 Jiang Xian Er Art Park

    江賢二藝術園區位於台東縣東河鄉金樽,由藝術家江賢二與建築師林友寒共同打造,是一座融合清水模建築、自然景觀與藝術創作的靜謐空間。園區依山傍海,坐擁壯麗太平洋景色,透過建築、光影與自然環境的交融,呈現藝術與土地之間細膩而純粹的對話。

    Located in Jinzun, Donghe Township, Taitung, Jiang Xian Er Art Park was co-created by artist Jiang Xian Er and architect Lin Yu-Han. The park is a tranquil sanctuary that blends minimalist concrete architecture, natural landscapes, and artistic expression. Nestled between mountains and the Pacific Ocean, the space creates a poetic dialogue between art, light, architecture, and nature.

    園區內包含展覽館、藝術家工作室,以及經典的「靜池」景觀,展示江賢二不同時期的畫作與雕塑作品,讓旅人在自然與藝術之間,感受東海岸獨有的寧靜與美學氛圍。

    The park features exhibition galleries, the artist’s studio, and the iconic “Still Water Pool,” showcasing Jiang Xian Er’s paintings and sculptures from various creative periods. Surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of Taiwan’s east coast, visitors are invited to experience the harmony between art, architecture, and nature.
